Windows Again?!?! How can it be….
Today I’m exploring the world of Windows again; after avoiding it for the last 2 years whenever possible. I have been using Linux OS for all my personal needs and only using Windows while at work and on the companies computers. But now I have been gifted with a brand-spanking new Acer net-book with Windows XP already installed. I’ve been tempted to use it particularly for Windows Live Writer and now Live Photo Gallery integration for publishing to my blogs. It just seems to work really well together and make publishing blog entries; even on Live Journal very much easier than anything else.
Though I’m sure that I will install Ubuntu Linux on this machine fairly soon, I have to admit I am impressed by these Windows Live apps; at least, for now.
The End of The Day
It has just come to the end of a most wonderful Solar return with my Beloveds; Brandy & Ted without whom my life would be so much duller and less joyful in which I was gifted with their lovely presence for Brunch and dinner as well as this exciting new toy:
; the Acer Aspire One netbook. Making me happy as a kid again-no small task at my age!
